Overview

The Procurement Department at the Pinellas County Housing Authority (PCHA) is responsible for acquiring the goods, services, and construction necessary to support our mission of providing quality, affordable housing and improving the lives of residents.

We are committed to a fair, transparent, and competitive process that ensures the responsible use of public funds — while supporting small businesses, minority-owned enterprises, and Section 3 vendors.

🧾 Vendor Registration

To do business with the Pinellas County Housing Authority (PCHA), vendors must first be invited to complete registration through Yardi Vendor Café.

If you’re interested in becoming a registered vendor, please submit your business name and email address below. Our Procurement team will review your information and send you an official invitation to register.

📋 Required Documents (Once Invited)

Required Item Description
Yardi Vendor Café Registration Complete the online registration process.
W-9 Form Must be current and signed.
Certificates of Insurance Include General Liability, Automobile, and Workers’ Compensation coverage.
ACH/EFT Direct Deposit Authorization Form For secure electronic payments.

👉 Once registered, you’ll receive confirmation when your profile has been reviewed and approved by our Procurement Department.

Here’s how to get started:

  1. Register as a Vendor through Yardi Vendor Café.

  2. Review Open Opportunities posted on our procurement page.

  3. Submit Your Bid or Proposal before the listed deadline.

  4. Await Award Notification following evaluation.

  5. Perform Under Contract and submit invoices electronically through Vendor Café.
