Welcome! Your family has reached the top of our Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) waiting list. Your status is now active, and you’ve officially entered the Applicant Briefing Phase — the next major step toward receiving your voucher.

Beginning April 1, 2020, any family contacted by phone or email and confirmed as eligible must complete the steps outlined below. These steps ensure you understand the program, your responsibilities, and how to move forward successfully.

All eligible applicants must watch the 18-minute Nan McKay Applicant Briefing video, which explains what to expect next in the HCV process.

📘 Step 2: Review the Applicant Briefing Packet

Once you’ve watched the video, please read and confirm your understanding of the full Applicant Briefing Packet.

✍️ Step 3: Sign the Housing Choice Voucher Briefing Certification

After reviewing the materials, you’ll need to sign the Housing Choice Voucher Briefing Certification Form, confirming that you’ve received and understood the briefing.

🗂️ Step 4: Complete Your Eligibility Forms

The final step is to review and sign all forms included in the Applicant Briefing Signature Packet.

📬 Submitting Your Documents

Once everything is completed and signed, please return all materials to us using one of the methods below:

📧 Option 1: Email Your Assigned Housing Advisor

Send all completed materials directly to your assigned Housing Advisor.
(Their email address was included in your briefing notification.)
