The Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program supports your journey by allowing you to move anywhere in the U.S. where there’s a participating housing authority.
If you're planning to move to Pinellas County with your voucher, this is called a port-in — and yes, we are currently accepting port-ins!

Portability means you can use your voucher outside the area where it was originally issued.

If you're moving to Pinellas County, we’ll work with your current housing authority to help make the transition smooth.

If you're already a PCHA participant and wish to move out of our area, we’ll guide you through that process too.

The following Clearwater zip codes are outside of PCHA’s jurisdiction and therefore not eligible for the Housing Choice Voucher Program.
(Please note: This exclusion does not apply to HUD-VASH participants.)
