Residents typically pay around 30% of their monthly income toward rent. These homes are owned and managed by PCHA and available in a variety of unit types and sizes.

Public Housing serves households earning up to 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI).

🌟 Affordable Housing

Affordable Housing offers high-quality rental options at below-market rates for working families, individuals, and seniors.

🏢 Project-Based Rental Assistance (PBRA)

These communities support individuals and families earning up to 50% of the Area Median Income (AMI).
