PCHA owns and manages 331 units of public housing, 1061 units of affordable housing and 48 Section 8 project-based new construction units.

Our public housing communities provide affordable housing to individuals and families with incomes at or below 80% of the Area Median Income in a variety of unit styles and sizes from one to five bedrooms. Residents pay approximately 30% of their monthly income for rent. For more information about our public housing communities and property amenities.

Our affordable housing communities provide an array of housing options throughout Pinellas County. Rents are affordable but are not subsidized. Individuals and families with incomes up to 150% of the Area Median Income are eligible to apply. For more information about our affordable housing communities and property amenities.

PCHA also offers a full service Assisted Living Facility with 110 beds as a part of our affordable housing portfolio. For more information about our Assisted Living option

Norton Apartments, a HUD Project-Based property was recently added to PCHA’s portfolio. This property assists individuals and families with incomes at or below 50% of the Area Median Income.
