PCHA and CSF Announce Final 2013 Household Budgeting Seminars

Throughout the year, PCHA has partnered with the Community Service Foundation to offer free Household Budgeting Seminars at Pinellas County Housing Authority’s Central Office, located at 11479 Ulmerton Road in Largo. The last set of the two-part seminar workshops for 2013 will be held from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Thursday, November 7, 2013, and from 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm on Thursday, November 14, 2013.

By participating in the budgeting seminars, participants will learn how to complete a budget plan based on household income and monthly expenses. The budgeting seminars are for anyone who desires to save money and gain better control over their finances.  

Participants in these seminars will learn how to: 

•reduce energy expenses

•reduce monthly grocery bills

•save on costly car repairs

•take vacations for next to nothing

•strengthen credit scores.
