Pre-Leasing Pinellas Heights Senior Apartments

PRE-LEASING IS UNDERWAY FOR THE NEW PINELLAS HEIGHTS SENIOR APARTMENTS
Although units are filling up quickly, it’s not too late to reserve your new home!

The Pinellas County Housing Authority is accepting applications from low-income seniors for the new Pinellas Heights community located at 11411 Ulmerton Road, Largo, FL 33778. One and two bedroom apartment homes will be available for seniors 62 years of age or older in early 2014. Rent for the new apartments is based on income. Senior residents will pay approximately 30% of their monthly income for rent. Located just two miles from the beautiful Pinellas beaches, the tastefully decorated community will feature accessible units with roll-in showers, granite counter-tops with built-in breakfast bar as just a few of the amenities. An on-site activities room, library, game room, fitness center, and laundry facilities on every floor complete the community’s appeal to active seniors.

The maximum Annual Income to qualify is:

  • 1 Person – $23,880
  • 2 Persons – $27,300
