Fees:

• Application Fee: $75 per applicant

• Pet Fee: $300 one-time, nonrefundable

• Additional Pet Fee: $25/month for pets over 30 lbs

• Max Pets: 2 pets, combined weight up to 70 lbs

• Vaccination records required

Security Deposit:
Based on credit:

• 600+ credit score → 1 month’s rent

• Below 600 → 2 months’ rent

Income Requirements:
Gross monthly income must exceed 2.5× the monthly rent
