We are committed to preventing and detecting fraud, ensuring compliance with federal and state requirements, and maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct in everything we do.


🔍 Reporting Suspected Fraud

PCHA is dedicated to eliminating fraud and recovering resources lost through fraudulent activities involving residents, clients, landlords, or suppliers.
We take every report seriously — and you can report concerns confidentially and safely in the following ways:

When reporting suspected fraud, please provide as much information as possible, such as:

  • Participant’s name

  • Address (including unit number and ZIP code)

  • A brief description of the alleged fraud

⚠️ Note: PCHA does not tolerate intentional false reporting. Submitting false claims may violate state criminal statutes and civil defamation laws.

The Compliance Department also oversees procurement and contracting to ensure that all purchasing and partnership activities align with federal and local regulations.

All procurement and contract administration are conducted in full compliance with:

  • 24 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 85.36, and

  • PCHA’s Procurement Policy
