Empowering Your Journey Toward Financial Independence

The Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) Program is a voluntary opportunity available to all Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) and Public Housing (PH) participants who are ready to take control of their financial future.

Through one-on-one support from a dedicated FSS Coordinator, participants set personalized goals, overcome barriers, and gain access to tools and community resources that help them build lasting independence.

✅ Eligibility

To join the FSS Program, you must:

• Be a current PCHA voucher holder

• Be housed under HCV or PH programs and in good standing for at least 1 year

• Show a willingness to work and grow

• Be ready to create and follow self-driven goals with your FSS Coordinator
