Resident Services and Programs

Regina Booker, Chief Operating Officer

The Resident Services and Programs (RSP) department is responsible for coordinating a myriad of services and resources to enhance resident economic and social self-sufficiency and the quality of life for residents living in a PCHA community and those participating in the agency’s Housing Choice Voucher program.

The RSP department works to provide residents with opportunities for employment, certifications, scholarships and public and private services as well as Section 3 business certifications.

The RSP department continues to develop new and strengthen current relationships with service providers, faith-based organizations, public transportation, and local government agencies to create support services/linkages to meet resident needs and to provide homeownership opportunities.  Scholarships have also been coordinated with the St. Petersburg College Foundation and through PHADA (Public Housing Authorities Director’s Association).  Please check back regularly for scholarship opportunities.

For more information regarding Resident Services and Programs, including Section 3, please call 727-443-7684 ext 3050.
