The Landings at Cross Bayou will open their two and three bedroom waiting lists on September 24th, 2019. It will remain open until further notice. Additional information about our remodeled, A.D.A. compliant apartments for the modern family can be found in the properties section of our website.
You must complete the pre-application form. One application will be accepted per household. This application is to be completed electronically. The applicant must enter all the required information. The system will send a request to the email address the applicant provided. The applicant must acknowledge the email for the application to be submitted for review and considered complete. Failure to acknowledge the form via email will result in an incomplete application. You will receive the application as an email attachment as assurance the application is complete.
Please Note: This is the only place to complete this pre-application. Applications will not be accepted by other methods like mail, fax, or hand delivery. If you are disabled and require a reasonable accommodation to obtain an application, you may call the Pinellas County Housing Authority at (727) 443-7684, Ext. 3036 and request for one to be mailed to you.
