Services provided: The Authority focuses on creating, providing and increasing affordable housing opportunities to Pinellas County residents. Whether through its leasing, management and maintenance of PCHA’s owned portfolio of housing, or through the administration of various rental subsidy programs, or the coordination of first time homebuyer and household budgeting services to homeowners and prospective owners, the Pinellas County Housing Authority remains committed to its mission.
