A Call for Contractors; Learn How to do Business with PCHA!
The Pinellas County Housing Authority (PCHA) will hold a free workshop for contractors on Thursday, May 16, 2013. The workshop will begin at 3:00 pm in the PCHA central office located at 11479 Ulmerton Road in Largo. This workshop is for all potential vendors and contractors, and will provide information and guidance on PCHA’s procurement process.
Workshop participants will learn about:
- IFB, RFP, RFQ’s and the bidding process,
- Section 3/MWBE certification, and
- Davis-Bacon requirements
