Ensure Regulatory Compliance

We monitor and enforce HUD regulations, state requirements, and internal policies to keep PCHA operating at the highest standards.

Review Files & Program Eligibility

Our team conducts detailed quality-control checks, audits, and file reviews to confirm accuracy in certifications, inspections, and program administration.

Support Staff With Training & Guidance

We help teams stay up to date on policies, new regulations, and best practices—providing tools and support to ensure consistent and compliant service.

Oversee Program Integrity

The Compliance team works to prevent errors, identify risks, and maintain fair, equitable processes for all residents and participants.

Coordinate Monitoring & Reporting

We prepare required compliance reports, respond to audits, and work with HUD and external partners to ensure PCHA meets all accountability standards.
