At PCHA, our Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) team helps families open the door to opportunity. From guiding new participants through the voucher process to working with landlords and ensuring program compliance, our specialists are committed to making housing stability a reality for hundreds of residents across Pinellas County.

We’re a team of 20 passionate individuals, with experience ranging from 2 to over 40 years of service. Together, we proudly serve the residents of Pinellas County with dedication, compassion, and care.
