💡 What We Do

The Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program—also known as Section 8—helps families, seniors, and individuals with special needs find safe, clean, and affordable housing. Funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the program has supported communities nationwide since 1974.

Through this program, participants receive rental assistance that helps cover the cost of housing in the private market. Families have the freedom to choose where they live, giving them the flexibility to find homes in neighborhoods that best fit their needs and goals.
