Norton Apartments is a smoke-free, family community consisting of 48 units comprised of 24 one and two bedroom garden-style walk-ups, and 24 three and four bedroom 1.5 baths town home apartments. A refrigerator and a range are included with each apartment. Tenant pays all electric. Water, sewer and trash are included in the rent. The development provides monthly pest control. Pets are not permitted unless they are assist animals or are medically needed. The renovated community building houses the property manager’s office, laundry room, community room with computer lab and updated kitchen area, restrooms and a maintenance room.
