Leslie Boswell keeps PCHA’s people operations running smoothly with a sharp eye for detail and a genuine care for staff well-being. She oversees recruiting, onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration while making sure every process reflects PCHA’s core values of Integrity, Learning, Innovation, and Accountability.

🏆 Experience & Tenure

Leslie earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Toledo and has been part of the PCHA Human Resources team since 2009. With more than a decade of service, she brings both seasoned experience and a people-first mindset to every HR challenge.

Outside the office, Leslie wrangles four lively puppies and enjoys relaxing with fantasy and mystery thrillers—whether turning pages or listening on the go.
