PCHA is seeking qualified and licensed contractors to provide exterior repair services at East Lake Apartments. This project includes comprehensive building envelope improvements, balcony repairs, grading, and related site work across a 10-building multifamily community.
🛠️ Scope of Work
The scope includes, but is not limited to:

Property-wide window replacement (10 buildings)

Balcony repairs at Buildings 2, 5, and 8

Targeted sealant repairs at balcony edges

Installation of new stucco bands around replacement windows

Foundation slab surface repairs below weep screeds

Installation of a new perimeter concrete mow strip

Balcony/patio screen enclosure drain installation

Miscellaneous sealing and painting

Stucco cold joint crack repairs

Rough grading and sod replacement
