As PCHA’s Communications & Outreach Manager, Mackenzie Dufresne brings strategy, creativity, and heart 💛 to all she does. Known around the office as the “shiny objects chaser” ✨, Mackenzie thrives on brainstorming bold ideas, trying new tools, and bringing creative energy to every project. She’s passionate about using storytelling and design 🎨 to highlight the agency’s mission and the people who make it possible.

Mackenzie joined the team after earning her master's degree from the University of Tampa, where she also helped lead her team to a Women’s NCAA Volleyball National Championship 🏐. That same competitive drive and team-first mindset shape her approach to leadership and collaboration today.

When she’s not drafting press releases 📝 or crafting the next big campaign, you’ll likely find her coaching volleyball, designing graphics in Canva, or brainstorming ideas for the next all-staff event 💭. Mackenzie believes in celebrating wins—big and small—and finding joy in the process (often with a strong cup of coffee in hand ☕).

Her favorite part of the job? 💬 Watching ideas come to life — and seeing how communication, when done right, can build connection, pride, and momentum across the organization and community 🌈.
