As PCHA’s Executive Office Manager, Michelle Lampley is the calm in the storm 🌤️ — the steady force ensuring that daily operations, meetings, and projects flow seamlessly across the organization. She provides comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the Executive Director and leadership team, while coordinating communication and logistics that keep PCHA moving forward with precision and care. 📋✨

Michelle earned her degree in Office Systems Management from St. Petersburg College and brings over 25 years of experience in the housing industry 🏡. Her journey began at the St. Petersburg Housing Authority before continuing at Pinellas County Housing Authority, where her reliability and deep institutional knowledge have made her an invaluable part of the team. Prior to her housing career, she served over five years at the James B. Sanderlin Family Center, providing vital community support. 🤝

Outside of work, Michelle loves traveling with her husband, William, ✈️ and cherishes time spent with their children and grandson, Levvy 💕. Whether she’s organizing a board meeting or planning her next family getaway, Michelle approaches everything she does with warmth, dedication, and genuine care for others. 🌺
