Born and raised in Jacksonville, North Carolina, Chelsea Kellerbauer moved to Florida in 2012 and quickly found her passion for helping others succeed 🌟. Her career journey began with the Police Athletic League (PAL), where she started as a participant and worked her way up to Site Supervisor by the age of 18 — a testament to her strong work ethic and natural leadership. She also spent time with Boley Centers, gaining valuable experience in community service and youth support.

Now serving as Executive Support Specialist at PCHA, Chelsea brings her signature blend of organization, detail, and positivity to the Executive Office each day 🗂️💬. Known for her friendly energy, quick learning, and ability to make complex tasks look effortless, she plays a key role in keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

A proud St. Petersburg High School graduate and St. Petersburg College alum with an Associate’s Degree in Business 🎓, Chelsea is passionate about growth, teamwork, and continuous learning. She loves the color teal, has a soft spot for elephants 🐘, and calls Thanksgiving her favorite holiday — “because who doesn’t love food?” 🍗🤣

Outside of work, you’ll find Chelsea spending time with family or playing video games with her fiancé 🎮 — a hobby she never expected to enjoy but now loves!
