Helen Klotz serves as the Assistant Property Manager for Pinellas Heights Senior Apartments, where she takes pride in supporting residents and helping them navigate the annual recertification process with ease and confidence 🏡.

Grateful to be back in a role that allows her to do the work she loves, Helen brings extensive experience in the housing industry, having previously worked as a Realtor in Miami and managed residential and commercial properties in Boston and New York 🌎. Her background and professionalism bring both knowledge and compassion to the residents she serves.

Outside of work, Helen has traded her search for kayaking partners 🛶 for a newfound enthusiasm for pickleball 🎾. She enjoys spending time with her husband and daughters 💕 as they explore their new homes in Pasco County, and she always looks forward to family reunions at “camp” in the Adirondacks 🌲.
