Angela Clute Diaz serves as the Senior Special Projects Manager in the Development Department for the Pinellas County Housing Authority (PCHA). As a key member of the development team, she supports efforts to expand and diversify the agency’s housing portfolio, helping bring new communities and revitalization projects to life 🏘️. Her role includes planning, providing construction administration, and supporting budgeting and administrative functions for both new construction and rehabilitation initiatives.

With extensive experience in construction management, Angela leads modernization efforts across PCHA’s housing portfolio, ensuring projects move forward with quality, compliance, and care. She is an experienced project manager with a strong background in nonprofit organizational management, federal/state/local grants, development, LIHTC, and leadership 💼✨.

Angela holds a Master’s in Public Administration, an undergraduate degree in Architectural Design & Construction Technology, and a C.R.E.D. certification from the University of South Florida. She is an active community leader and serves with distinction as a member of Leadership Pinellas, the Largo Affordable Housing Advisory Committee (AHAC), and as Board Chair for Suncoast Housing Connections — demonstrating her deep commitment to housing, advocacy, and community impact 🤝.
