🌟 About Chloe

Chloe Firebaugh, of St. Petersburg, is the Vice President of Acquisitions for M/I Homes of Tampa and brings more than 20 years of experience in the residential homebuilding industry. She is a graduate of both the University of Florida (B.A., Anthropology) and the University of South Florida (B.S., Finance and Economics).

🏆 Experience & Community Leadership

For more than 25 years, Chloe has been actively involved in community endeavors across Tampa Bay. She is a 2020 graduate of Leadership St. Pete and currently serves on the Executive Board of ULI Tampa Bay.

Her community service includes leadership and board roles with numerous nonprofit organizations, including:

• Daughters of the American Revolution (2017–2019)

• The Queen’s Court (2021–2023)

💙 Beyond the Office

Chloe is passionate about strengthening Tampa Bay through civic leadership and nonprofit service, and she continues to advocate for arts, education, and community growth in her role as commissioner.
