Minh Le brings more than 15 years of experience across both public and private sectors, specializing in partner relationship management, project management, contracting, and procurement. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and, in 2025, earned the Florida Certified Contract Manager (FCCM) credential. Minh holds a bachelor’s degree from Stetson University.

In his role as Contract Administrator at PCHA, Minh develops, prepares, monitors, and administers contractual agreements between the Housing Authority and contractors. His work ensures that projects are completed efficiently, fairly, and in full compliance—all with the goal of improving the lives of PCHA residents.
