Valerie has been with PCHA for two years and serves as a Customer Service Specialist in the Housing Choice Voucher Program. She enjoys helping families understand the program — by phone or in person — and guiding them through every step 📋. Valerie also ensures participant files stay up to date while connecting families to local resources.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦, shopping 🛍️, crocheting 🧶, and reading 📖.
